Crossword Cybersecurity Plc -Total Voting Rights


30 July 2021 In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 58,042,630 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights. The figure of 58,042,630 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules. Issue of Ordinary Shares on 3 August 2021 As announced on 28 July 2021, as of 3 August 2021 the Company will have 74,709,294 Ordinary Shares in issue following the placing of 16,083,331 Ordinary Shares and subscription of 583,333 Ordinary Shares from new and existing institutional shareholders. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights. The figure of 74,709,294 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders with effect from 3 August 2021 as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
