Publication of Interim Accounts and

Suspension of Shares

The Board of  Crossword Cybersecurity plc (AIM: CCS), announces that the Company's half year accounts for the period ended 30 June 2024 (the "Accounts") will not be published by the 30 September 2024, being the deadline for publication under Rule 18 of the AIM Rules for Companies. 

 

The delay to the publication of the Accounts means that trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended with effect from 07.30 on Tuesday 1 October 2024. Suspension from trading is expected to be lifted with the publication of the half year accounts which the Company expects to publish by 31 October 2024.
