PDMR share purchase

24 May 2023 – London, UK Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, “Crossword”, the “Company” or the “Group”), the technology commercialisation company focused on cyber security and risk, announces that Jake Holloway, the Company’s Chief Product Officer, has acquired 203,638 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each (“Ordinary Shares”), 100,502 at a price of 9.95p per Ordinary Share, 50,505 at a price of 9.9p per Ordinary Share and 52,631 at a price of 9.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this share purchase, Jake Holloway has 222,158 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24 per cent. of the Company’s voting rights.
