Result of AGM

23 May 2024 – London, UK - Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, "Crossword" or “the Company”), the technology commercialisation company focused on cyber security and risk, announces that at its AGM held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.  

Resolution 2, to re-elect Ruth Anderson as a director of the Company, was not put to shareholders as Ruth Anderson had given notice of her intention to step down from the board following the AGM.
